Randy Brown, the cofounder of Lifeline-connect, is dedicated and passionate about assisting individuals in their journey towards recovery. He manages all aspects of the ministry and serves as the Recovery Pastor at Life Church CU.

Les Cotton serves as Lead Pastor of Life Church CU in Urbana, Illinois, where he ministers alongside his wife, Emily. He is a graduate of Lifeline-connect, where he serves as Executive Director.
